Your enquiry will be considered as order for purchase and we will send you the Price List via Email. www.SilkSarees.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you made the payment for the orders accepted with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. In case of Product unavailability, at any time before the order confirmation, we have the rights to cancel you offer or put in hold.

Unless the product ordered by you has been confirmed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and www.silksarees.in will have the right to change the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the enquiry, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. The payment may be processed prior to www.silksarees.in dispatch of the product that you have ordered.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate. The original colour of the products may differ 2 to 5%.

Out of Stock Products

www. Silksarees.in is committed to ensure availability before the order finalization and after your offer/enquiry has been received. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage for ready to ship products, we will inform you thru’ mail within 24 hours of your purchase date and process a refund. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Bulk Orders or Orders from Whole Sellers will be accepted by www.silksarees.in. For the acceptance or cancellation, www.Silksarees.in has the full rights.The deliver date will be confirmed based on the availability of the items and the number of items you have ordered.All the terms and conditions mentioned above are also applicable to Bulk Orders and Whole Sellers.
